This picture was taken just off the shore at Cayo Costa. There were several dolphin swimming around, so we stopped to take pictures. They all came closer and this one came right up beside the boat and put his head up to look at us. Maybe he was saying hello. Do you think he actually smiled for the camera. It looks like there is a diamond implanted in it's head too. :-) Fishermen must have been giving them fish because they were certainly very friendly.

How lucky, we don't get to see the dolphins so close. It does look as if it is smiling.
Very good! Yes he smiled at the camera!
We have them here, but not this close.
quite special and reflects elove of humans sandy
wow, what a great photo opportunity!
I think dolphins are so awesome! They are very beautiful, smart, and full of personality.
That is the first dolphin I've seen on CC. Well done.
They are always smiling.
Lucky you! Great shot.
You know what you should try! You should take the Sanibel Thriller and take some pictures on that thing!! It's a two diesel engine boat that goes very fast and it is also a dolphin watching boat!! Those would be some interesting pictures!! I'm on the Island right now and were going to go check it out sometime soon.
